My experience at Omaha and Council Bluffs Oral Surgery was so much better than i could have hoped. Surgery wasn't just successful but Dr.Racker was able to place the implants same day as extraction and bone grafting. I woke up with 5 months cut off my treatment plan. I am so glad I looked around for the right surgical option for me. I'd highly recommend this practice for your oral care needs.
Jamie turned what was very worrisome into an amazing day. My original consultation was scheduled 7 weeks out. She was able to work her magic so I could be seen same day for a consultation!!! This means so much. Thanks Jamie!
My time here was amazing. From the beginning to the end. The receptionist was very welcoming and considerate. I don't often get asked if my parents need an interpreter, so that was very nice. Dr. O'Brien was welcoming, kind, and patient. I loved having him as my surgeon. He was very thorough about what the entire process would entail during the consulation, and I loved how he answered all the questions and concerns that not only I had but also my parents. The dental assistants and nurse were very kind, considerate, and sweet throughout my surgery. They made sure I was comfortable during and after. I loved the experience here and will definitely recommend this office and staff to family, friends, and co-workers.So far, I haven't experienced any pain or swelling after my tooth extraction and bone graft. Love how thorough the post recovery instructions are. Getting my dental implant went the same way. Dr. O'Brien and his staff were all very nice. They made sure to answer any questions I had, along with telling me how the process would go and what to expect after. Like before there was no swelling or bruising. Having such detailed post-rec9very instructions and being told to reach out with any questions or concerns has definitely helped me ensure I'm not in any pain and taking care of myself. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future for any work I might need later down the line.Loved this staff.
