My son came home for Thanksgiving and had his wisdom teeth removed here, the dentist was really fast and did a great job

My own experience has been nothing but complete faith and trust. I absolutely rave to anyone needing care in this field of oral surgery. I love you all so much for taking care of a very intricate, scary situation for me! Came out feeling 100% better, I truly believe my life was saved!

Dr. Obrien and his team were extremely helpful from Consultation to Recovery. He is very informative, answered all my questions, explained every part of the procedure and what would be most beneficial for my situation, not what would generate the most income. The day of my procedure the staff explained everything they were preparing to do and were on schedule. From the procedure to recovery they explained everything and sent me home with documentation for all post care. Dr.Obrien called me several hours after my procedure to make sure I was recovering okay and didn’t have any more questions or need anything from him! Patient care is second to none at Council Bluffs Oral Surgery! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their services!

i had a very positive experience when I went there. It was close to painless and the extraction was very swift. The doctor and the people working there were very kind and understanding.

Great customer care in a stressful situation. They went above and beyond what any one else I was trying to deal with did. I would definitely use them again and thank them so much for they way they cared for my Dad.

Got my wisdom teeth out they did a very good job

My sister got her wisdom teeth removed this morning by Dr. Shadel and his team. The process was as great as it could have been. Very thorough, friendly, and considerate. Eli, the nurse that helped with post op care had outstanding bed side manner and truly cared for my sister. Highly recommend this team. Thank you!

Great place!!No pain and quick service

I was referred to Omaha Oral Surgery for an extraction/implant. The staff were amazing from the ladies at the front desk very polite and welcoming. The team that worked with the Surgeon were amazing as well. Esme, Brittany , Valerie and Verinica-RN they all walked me thru what they were doing and made sure of my allergies (medicine) and Dr. Blair Racker was nothing short of professional and bed side manner A++++. It most definitely made the process a lot easier and the IV sedation was a breeze! The needle poke I did not even feel which to me deserves an AWARD! Thankful to the young lady who wrote down all the names for me!!I will refer anyone I know needing any type of extractions or implants etc… to this office!SORRY A LITTLE LATE TO THE REVIEW, BUT YOU ALL DESERVE IT!Thank youS.M
